According to studies complied by the University of Southern California, the demand for geographic information science and technology degree holders is increasing rapidly. This is due to the fact that geospatial intelligence is helping the green energy movement immensely. What is geospatial intelligence exactly?

Geospatial intelligence allows scientists to map weather and wind changes along with water bodies and landforms. All of this data is useful in discovering new sources of renewable energy. Now that the market is ready and people are actively choosing clean energy over fossil-based energy sources, the field will only get more lucrative.
