Change Registry Settings
Verify the information stored in Registry isn’t corrupted. To do so, expand the “SharedDLLs” sub key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion. In the right panel you can find a string named “C:\Program Files\iPod\Bin\iPodService.exe” The string represents this file path with the default value “1”. You’ve to replace its value with “0”. After making this change, shutdown and restart your session so that the new changes will be reflected.
Repair Registry (Highly Recommended)
To fix error 107 after Windows 10 it is essential you repair Windows 10 registry corruption. Use the RegInOut System Utilities software to repair registry and fix error 107.
Disable Secondary Monitor
If you’re using multiple monitors simultaneously, disable the secondary monitor. Normally Microsoft Windows 10 detects each connected monitor, however sometimes it fails to apply correct settings automatically.
Change Game Configs while Using a Secondary Monitor
If you’ve a secondary monitor and your game crashes with error 107, change AllowFakeFullScreen=True to AllowFakeFullScreen=False for The Lord of the Rings game. The file UserPreferences.ini is stored in My Documents directory under your game’s folder. This completely disables that unsupported feature.
